Chris Fellows BVMS CertVC MRCVS.
Chris Fellows graduated with Merit from Glasgow Veterinary School in 1990. He worked towards his certificate in veterinary cardiology whilst working in a large Hospital practice in Leeds in 1995.
Shortly after he spent 6 months teaching cardio-respiratory medicine back at his old vet school in Glasgow.
In 1998 Chris and his family moved to the Lake District where he set up his own practice in Ulverston, where he continued to work with small animals and offer a referral cardiology service for local practices.
In 2010 he left first opinion practice to concentrate solely on cardio-respiratorymedicine and set up Lakes Cardiology Services. He now travels throughout the North-West to various clinics to see cardiac and respiratory cases.
Chris spends most of his time either ultrasound scanning dogs’ and cats’ hearts, looking at ECGs or looking down a bronchoscope!
Chris is married with two children, one spaniel (Sash), one cat (Ted) and currently one horse (Bobby). His hobbies include anything to do with eating good food, fell running and flamenco guitar.
